LifeFitness Treadmill Reviews
62Treadmills have revolutionized our world over the last two decades. There’s just no two ways about it. They are one force which is really making the world a better place. And one that is definitely contributing is the LifeFitness treadmill, put out by the company of the same name.
They are embarked on a noble cause to get the people of the modern (technological) world back into shape. When you stop farming and start sitting in front of a computer, then a TV all day long, guess what? You get out of shape. Your human body’s potential starts to fall off. When machines can do everything for us, we have no need to lift or push or pull anything ourselves. And this is the predicament that noble companies like LifeFitness have taken aim at.
You may think I’m being melodramatic about this point, but I would have to disagree. I am one who believes technology is neither good nor bad: it just is. And I find it doubly interesting that our own creations are both de-energizing and (in the case of a LifeFitness treadmill) re-energizing us.
Once you get on this machine, you will see that it is a great way to exercise. The pounding feet and the racing heart: all this is good for the soul. A good run on a treadmill leaves one ready to face the day. Everything else seems inconsequential after we get our morning workout in. I pass by gyms all the time and I know that the people inside them who are working out are in general going to be happier people.
This is in part because of the endorphins created when one runs on such a thing as a LifeFitness treadmill. This technology is just made to pump the heart up. I think it is one of the number one ways to protect yourself from some of the ills that will tend to befall us as we age. I am just very happy that we live in a society that encourages innovation, and that creates such great physical fitness products as LifeFitness puts out. It is something to be happy about in this dreary economy!
I thank you for listening to my soap-box rant about the virtues of LifeFitness and really all home exercise equipment manufacturers. I just needed to get that out, because sometimes there’s not much to hold onto. But I’ll tell you one thing you can hold onto: a LifeFitness treadmill handle-bar!
